graphics/drm-current-kmod: Update snapshot

Update the snapshot of graphics/drm-current-kmod.
This fixes the build on latest current
Make unsynchronized DRM_IOCTL_I915_GEM_USERPTR work in mesa on 7th
generation Haswell graphics.  This is needed for vulkan.
Remove support for older FreeBSD versions and bump the minimum version
requirements to FreeBSD 1300052.
