Add libgsasl 1.8.1 (split from gsasl)

- Add LICENSE
- Add GSSAPI_BASE, GSSAPI_HEIMDAL, GSSAPI_MIT and GSSAPI_NONE options

GNU SASL has been split into 2 ports:
- security/gsasl: the command-line utility
- security/libgsasl: the library
