textproc/py-dparse: Update to 0.5.0

* Adjust "do-test" target accordingly as the issue with pinned test
  dependencies was fixed by upstream. [1]

Changelog:

* Dropped Python 2.7, 3.3, 3.4 support
* Removed six package
* Removed pinned dependencies of tests [1]
* Dropped setup.py tests support in favor of tox
