devel/samurai: Remove new cruft

- USES=compiler:c11 should no longer be necessary after r531755.
- build.ninja patch is pointless since the build does not use it.
  Besides that while GCC 4.2 does not understand -Wpedantic it should
  recognize -pedantic fine.
