databases/foundationdb-devel: update to upstream

- remove Makefile based build targets; upstream switched to cmake
- switch to maintainer fork being upstreamed
    https://github.com/apple/foundationdb/pull/2634
- use cmake flags in above PR
- SSL now compiles against ports LibreSSL & OpenSSL but has not
  yet been tested, help welcomed so we can enable it as option
