 (1) Return option PURE, as libraries are bundled again.
 (2) Make PURE default, as isl in ports have newer version.
 (3) Fix HTML pkg-plist entries.

 Yes, date in version is wrong (typo!), but I don't want to add epoch.
 Next update of gcc will fix it.
