Update to 20020218.  No bugfixes, just a couple of improvements.

pkg_sort(1), portupgrade(1):

- Sort packages by build-time dependencies in addition to run-time
  dependencies.  This slightly slows sorting down but offers faultless
  upgrading.

portcvsweb(1):

- Accept a pkgname_glob, a portorigin_glob, and a cvs module alias.

    portcvsweb bash-1\*
    portcvsweb portupgrade
    portcvsweb \*/fd
    protcvsweb sys/i386/conf

  etc. etc...

- Suppress ident(1)'s error message.

- Add -h, -q and -v.
