Add compiler:c++11-lang to USES to fix build on GCC-based systems:

  CMake Error in CMakeLists.txt:
  Target "systemshock" requires the language dialect "CXX11" (with compiler
  extensions), but CMake does not know the compile flags to use to enable it.

Approved by:	portmgr (tier-2 blanket)
