net/liveMedia: update to 2020.11.05

2020.11.05:
- Changed the HTTP version used in our RTSP-over-HTTP implementation (for both clients and
  servers) from HTTP/1.1 back to HTTP/1.0.
  (This was a suggest from David Yang, who noted that HTTP/1.1 would require that we
   implement "chunked" transfer-coding.)
