www/py-flexget: rename to flexget and clean up

- Update COMMENT and pkg-descr from upstream
- Drop py- suffix because standalone and only for default python
- Drop out-of-date "Created by": everything changed since r321564
- Drop PORTEPOCH as package name changed
- Sort variables
