lfcbase:
- Introduction of template class HashT

cego:
- Integration of HashT into QueryCache for faster access of cached
  query entries
- Fix in CegoClient and CegoAction for comment parsing. Comment token
  in string are treated now. For this, a new method
  CegoQueryHelper::skipComment has been introduced
- Improvements done for query cache handling
  ( more support for nested queries, stabilization fixes )
