Add compiler:c++14-lang to USES to fix build on GCC-based systems:

  CMake Error in CMakeFiles/CMakeTmp/CMakeLists.txt:
  Target "cmTC_1081b" requires the language dialect "CXX14" , but CMake
  does not know the compile flags to use to enable it.
