- Update 0ad to Alpha 24
- Undeprecate, this version works fine with python3
- Mark BROKEN on 11.x due to errors linking against gloox on this OS version
- While here move the other BROKEN messages in the appropriate Makefile stanza
- Remove patches integrated upstream
