- Update to 2.6.6
- Convert to USES=kodi
- Take maintainership
- repocopy from multimedia/kodi-addon-inputstream.adaptive-devel
- Intentionally not documented in MOVED because source port is EXPIRED already and
will soon be removed. Upgrade path is maintained via multimedia/kodi-devel -> kodi.
