- reset maintainership to ports@ (the current maintainer says he has
  no access to FreeBSD machines to help maintain the port)
- use DOCSDIR
- support NOOPORTDOCS properly
- fix a patch to correctly support transparent mode
- remove pre-configure script (this breaks the build on bento)
- bump PORTREVISION
