- Remove redundant USE_AUTOCONF;
- correct regex supplied to REINPLACE_CMD (remove perlis'm), so that
  autotrace.pc is now installed into correct location;
- adjust pkg-plist accordingly, sort and remove redundant items;
- bump PORTREVISION.
