* Pass maintainership to Matthias Andree.
* Update to 1.9.29, which fixes a persistent SIGSEGV as upstream
  NNTP servers offer new newsgroups, and fixes having multiple
  upstream servers with the same name but different port.
* Add another critical bugfix.
