1. Fix checksum error and update to 3.50c
   3.50c includes some very minor bug fixes in
   script and source files.
2. Added WITH_OPTIMIZE_FLAGS for optimization
3. change e-mail of maintainer
4. bump port revision

              and bento's log(no error at December?
              at least November's log I noticed there was
              checksum error)
