Update to 20021216.

pkgdb(1):
- Fix a problem in pkgdb's automatic dependency fixer that it only
  fixes the first found problem and leaves the rest.

portsclean(1):
- Fix a problem that portsclean(1) does wrong if a library search path
  has a trailing / or a double /.  This could confuse users.
