Add a few short configure substitutions to the gnomehack section.

"s|-lpthread|${PTHREAD_LIBS}|g ; s|DATADIRNAME=lib|DATADIRNAME=share|g"
has been appearing in many (most?) GNOME port Makefiles lately.
