Forced commit to note that the previous log message should have read:

. Autodetect a previous jdk12 install and use that to bootstrap by
  default if it exists.  This can be overidden either using JDK12DIR
  or setting WITH_LINUX_BOOTSTRAP.

(i.e. 13 -> 12)
