Backout to 3.5.5
a) newer version build fails like:
/usr/local/lib/libatlas.so: undefined reference to `ATL_dpKBmm_b1'
/usr/local/lib/libatlas.so: undefined reference to `ATL_dpKBmm_b0'

b) Define PORTEPOCH=1
