Update port with following changes:
  support for BerkeleyDB 3.x, 4.0.x, 4.1.x, obeys WITH_BDB_VER;
  p5-BerkeleyDB in RUN_DEPENDS, perl parts of fastresolve require it to run;

Change maintainership to submitter.
Bump PORTREVISION.
