- Update to 0.2.1 (fixes bento build, but the root cause is a bug
  in bsd.own.mk - see misc/50370 for details and a patch) [1]
- Fix possible packagng error by avoiding building of the profiled
  library - add NOPROFILE=yes to MAKE_ENV [2]
