Add our latest ports committer, Oliver Eikemeier (aka eik@).  Oliver thought
he was being cleaver by sending lots of bsd.port.mk PRs, and trying to
maintain OpenLDAP as well as fetchmail, gnats, and nmap.  We showed him!
Now he gets to make friends with edit-pr and CVS.  Welcome, Oliver!
